Submissions
Author Guidelines
Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.
Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.
An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.
A. General Guideline for Authors
- Manuscripts of research articles to be written in English only.
- Manuscripts would be accepted for consideration on the understanding that they are original contribution to the existing knowledge on business studies, unpublished and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

B. Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to this journal must comply with the journal's Scope as well as the Author Guidelines. Submissions should demonstrate scientific quality, originality, and relevance to the journal's aims.
Every research article undergoes a double-blind peer-review process to ensure fairness, quality, and academic integrity. Each manuscript is evaluated anonymously by at least two independent experts in the relevant field. Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision regarding publication. The peer-review process generally takes 4–12 weeks.
The editorial decisions are classified as follows:
- Reject: The manuscript is not suitable for publication and cannot be resubmitted in its current form.
- Resubmit for Review: The manuscript has potential but requires substantial revisions before it can be reconsidered. A revised version will undergo another round of peer review.
- Accept with Revisions: The manuscript is accepted subject to minor or major revisions. The revised version will be evaluated by the editor to ensure that all required changes have been satisfactorily addressed before publication.
- Accept: The manuscript is approved for publication without any further revisions.
After the review process is completed, the corresponding author will receive the editorial decision along with reviewers' comments. Authors are expected to submit the revised manuscript within the timeframe specified in the decision letter. Failure to submit the revised manuscript within the specified period, or to notify the editorial office of any delay, may result in withdrawal or rejection of the submission.
